Colonial Tire & Automotive

Do not trust this place. They are not honest. Had my car dropped off for diagnostic. Called saying something it was not. Also broke a part and denied they had anything to do with it. Gave me the run around. Had someone else fix my car and I had to buy the part they broke. They even tried to glue the part back.

This was my first time using this shop for my oil change for my Alfa Romeo Stelvio since the location in Raleigh closed. Let me just say that my appointment was for 2pm, my car was ready at 2:35pm. The gentleman at the front desk ( I think Matt ) was fantastic. The overall experience and price will keep me coming back.

Used them for years with several different cars. I find them to be honest and reliable. Front desk has always been a pleasure to deal with. I would never use anyone else.

Trustworthy Auto Shop in the RTP Area I switched from dealership servicing to Colonial Tire & Automotive about 2 years ago and have had a great experience ever since. The staff are courteous, honest, and never try to oversell. Matt has been especially great to work with. I’ve gone there for state inspections, tire replacements, and regular service. They also price match tires with big retailers. Definitely recommend them to anyone in the RTP area looking for trustworthy auto service.

Colonial Tire & Automotive, I want to extend a big thank you to the team at Colonial Tire & Automotive for fitting me in during the busy holiday season. I urgently needed my car inspected for registration, and Steve went above and beyond by getting me in quickly and even taking care of a much needed oil change at the same time. Despite how hectic things can be around the holidays, I was impressed with how efficiently everything was handled. I was in and out in a very reasonable amount of time, and the level of professionalism and courtesy made the experience even better. Steve provided outstanding service, and I also want to recognize the young man who assisted as well, I believe his name was Matt. He was equally professional, considerate, and a pleasure to deal with. You run an excellent, well organized operation, and I’m genuinely glad I chose to come in. I will absolutely be returning for future services and highly recommend this team to anyone looking for reliable and professional automotive care. Thank you, Rich
